A key focus for us is to work alongside partners across the world. Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 to go and make disciples of all nations. We are keen to see vibrant groups of God’s people established in local communities and there is no difference between doing this in our own community/country and overseas.
We believe that we are called to go and be involved in what God is doing around the world. We also know that indigenous people are often more effective when working in their own culture. So we partner with indigenous Christians and assist and support them. They are involved in communities we may never have the opportunity or ability to reach.
Partners
We actively support key partners here in New Zealand and internationally – in places like Myanmar, South Asia, Africa and others who work in a whole range of locations.
We also support people to take short term mission opportunities to grow their understanding and involvement in missions. Our teams have gone to Fiji, Vanuatu, Thailand, Myanmar, South Asia, and Brazil.
